Return Policy

At nobrandforless.com, we value our customers and are committed to providing a positive shopping experience. To that end, we offer a flexible return policy for eligible items.

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the day of purchase. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligible items for return must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them, with the original packaging intact. Certain goods such as perishable items, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases are not eligible for return. Additionally, gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items are non-returnable.

To initiate a return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. We do not accept returns sent directly to the manufacturer.

In the event that an item is not in its original condition, missing parts, or damaged, a partial refund may be granted, subject to a 25% restocking fee for items returned within 30 days.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within a certain number of days, with a credit applied to your original method of payment or credit card.

If you have not received your refund, please check with your bank or credit card company, as there may be processing time involved. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@nobrandforless.com.

Sale items are not eligible for a refund. If you received a defective or damaged item, we will exchange it for the same item.

Gift purchases that are marked as gifts and shipped directly to the recipient will receive a gift credit for the value of their return. If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, a refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Our return policy does not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
